We currently ship to all regions across the United Kingdom.

🚚 Delivery Times

  • Electric Bikes: 3–7 working days

  • Parts & Accessories: 2–5 working days

  • Custom Orders or Preorders: Timelines vary — details will be included on the product page or emailed after purchase.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.


💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £100

  • Orders under £100 will be charged at £4.99 flat rate

All shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your cart total and delivery location.


🛠 Handling & Tracking

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey in real-time.

Larger items like bikes may be shipped via specialist courier services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Missed deliveries may be rescheduled or held at a local depot.

  • Damaged packages should be photographed and reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
